The Trudy London, UK
Formed in 1979 The Trudy quickly made zero impact with their 1980 LP 'Volcano Fo Lé
Ferret'.
More low-key releases followed until they finally got national attention with the 1989 singles 'Countdown to Love', 'Living on a Moon' & 'Destination Love'.
The 2nd LP 'Tune-In to the Trudy Love-Ray!' was released in 1990, quickly followed by their 3rd LP 'Always Never Beautiful Forever', in 2016

Only just learned of ‘Singin’ to God’ and have been listening to it on repeat - alternating with Tim Smith’s original - every day for the last week. What a beautiful tribute to him and so brilliantly executed. Hats off to all involved in this breathtaking recreation. A real achievement.
